Frank Ottolino | Managing Director
As managing director of Digital People in Chicago, Frank is responsible for new account acquisition, account development, service delivery, and promoting the range of professional recruiting services offered to businesses and talent. Frank has been with Digital People since 1997 in multiple roles, including recruiter and business development manager. When not at work, Frank enjoys spending time with family and friends, and stays active by biking, running, and skiing.
Geri Schultz | Business Development Manager
As a business development manager, Geri thrives on building and maintaining client relationships. She is responsible for new account acquisition, account management, and service delivery. With previous experience as a marketing manager for a large airline and a master’s degree in marketing communications, Geri has a unique insight into clients’ creative, marketing, and interactive staffing needs. In her spare time, Geri works on her children’s book series, Kristie’s Excellent Adventures, available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
Adrian Tumiati | Business Development Manager
After ten successful years in digital marketing, interactive strategy, and project management, Adrian now helps place talent for Chicago’s top creative agencies and brands. His marketing background helps him to successfully build partnerships with clients and talent. As the business development manager, Adrian meets clients’ objectives by listening to their needs, offering strategic insight, and creating a collaborative process to achieve those goals. In his spare time, Adrian enjoys exploring Chicago, running 5-Ks, camping, hiking, kayaking, motorcycles, and almost any outdoor activity.
Shannon Sanderson | Senior Creative Recruiter
Not everyone is gifted with the creative gene, so Shannon says she became a recruiter so that she could rub elbows with the best of the best! As a recruiter for 10+ years, she has met hundreds of creative professionals who continue to amaze her. Her mission is to help people find the perfect job opportunity whether it be freelance, contract-to-hire, or direct hire. Shannon has a degree in communications and has been with Digital People for over 15 years, holding a variety of roles that have allowed her to interact with both talent and clients. Outside of work, Shannon loves to travel, read anything pertaining to Henry VIII, and watch Chicago sports, including the Bulls, Bears, and Blackhawks.
Angela Isaacson | Creative Recruiter
Angela joined the Digital People team in 2000 with previous experience in the hospitality industry. She worked in the Chicago office for over eight years recruiting creative talent and helping clients with staffing needs. She left in 2008 to stay at home with her two children and recently reunited with Digital People. What brought her back? Her love for the creative industry, her joy in working with people, and most of all, finding people jobs! Outside of work, Angela enjoys country music, running, home DIY projects, and hanging out with her two sons.
Carrie Fifield | Creative Recruiter
Carrie Fifield joined the Digital People team in 2017. Originally from a small town in Michigan, Carrie moved to Chicago to work in marketing and advertising. After working as a marketing coordinator for a well-known auto manufacturer, she decided that she wanted a change of pace. She loves interacting with individuals with a story to share on their experiences and their work. (Chatting with an artist is kind of like meeting a celebrity.) Outside of the office you can find Carrie on a hiking trail or soaking in the excitement of the city, as long as it’s outdoors.
Kelly Magnuson | Client Services Manager
Kelly served as the managing director of our sister company Ware Technology Services for nearly six years before transitioning to a corporate talent acquisition role with a large Minneapolis employer. She is a “boomerang” who was drawn back to Digital People by the appeal of the newly created role of client services manager and the excitement of once again being a part of one of the “best places to work.” Kelly loves spending time with her husband and daughter. On evenings and weekends, you can often find Kelly on the sidelines of a soccer field or basketball court watching her daughter play.
Bryan Peglow | Senior Business Development Manager
A graphic designer by trade, Bryan began his career with Digital People as a recruiter in 2010 and transitioned to business development manager in 2011. In this role, Bryan works with clients to understand their staffing needs and align the right creative talent. Bryan grew up in Mound, MN where he still resides with his wife, two daughters, and dog. When he is not working, you can find him watching hockey, carting his kids to sports, or enjoying a nice day on the lake. He struggles with matching socks and plans to write a book called “Socks are Also Napkins” which will be chuck-full of life advice.
Erin Ehnerd | Business Development Manager
Erin moved here from Boulder, CO. His broad background in advertising includes stints in account service, production, and media for several large national brands. He also dabbled in the professional sports industry for a while working for the Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, and Phoenix Desert Dogs. Erin can’t draw, run fast, or jump high but he is good at moving things, laughing, and giving high-fives. The song “Ain’t No Sunshine” by Bill Withers has been stuck in his head for five years.
Kellie Amos | Creative Recruiter
Kellie is a natural recruiter with years of experience in education, including recruiting and training substitute teachers and classroom assistants. She felt the itch to expand her horizons and made the move to creative and marketing recruiting, and hasn’t looked back! When she’s not in the office or networking at events, she is most likely at her family cabin up north, baking a cake, or geeking out watching Star Wars. At 5’1”, she also holds the record for “shortest in the office,” but certainly walks tall.
Heidi Anderson | Creative Recruiter
Heidi began her career as a designer, and from there moved into project management, leadership, and recruiting for corporate, non-profit, and creative agencies. She joined Digital People in 2017 to focus on what she loves most: cultivating relationships and being the person she needed most in her own career. Heidi enjoys cheering on the Packers, hiking in the woods, gardening, cooking, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, and spending time with her English springer spaniel.
Jodi Ewen | Executive Recruiter
As a digital marketing leader for 23 years – with experience in strategy, advertising, marketing, branding, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, and SEM – Jodi understands what clients need! She is a focused executive recruiter and business problem solver known for rock star recruiting, her coaching and mentoring skills, and building brands with exceptional talent. Outside of work, Jodi loves to garden, bike ride, go to spinning class, and travel.
