Limited Medical, Dental/Vision and Term Life Insurance Plans:

Digital People recognizes that health care costs continue to rise. To assist with these rising costs, Digital People is offering limited medical, dental/vision, term life and in-hospital cash insurance plans on an after-tax basis to talent and their dependents. Talent may enroll immediately upon receiving their first paycheck and may terminate coverage at any time.

Pre-paid Legal/Identity Theft Shield:

To help our Talent protect their personal and financial well being, Digital People has partnered with Pre Paid Legal Services Inc to offer our Talent a Life Events Legal Plan and Identify Theft Protection.

Digital People 401(k) Plan:

Digital People offers a 401(k) plan that allows talent to save for retirement with tax-deferred dollars. In addition, we offer a discretionary employer match to eligible participants. Eligibility requirements must be met to enroll in the Digital People Plan.

Service Bonus:

To reward our talent who make an extended commitment to Digital People, we offer a Service Bonus up to 80 hours. Eligibility requirements must be met to receive a Service Bonus.

Holiday Pay:

Digital People recognizes 6 paid holidays.

Talent must meet minimum requirements to be eligible for Holiday Pay.

Referral Bonus:

Digital People is always looking for great Talent and one of the best ways to find them is through other Talent. If you refer new Talent to Digital People you can receive a referral bonus. Minimum requirements must be met to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.

Tuition Discount:

Digital People has a partnership with Capella University, Rasmussen College and Globe University which allows us to provide 5 - 10% discounts off tuition for those employees entering into degree programs. Please contact Digital People’s Human Resources department for additional information.

Direct Deposit of Paychecks:

As an added convenience to our talent, Digital People offers direct deposit of your paychecks. After meeting the qualifications, you can have your earnings deposited directly into your designated checking or savings account. Check with your Digital People Talent Manager for more details.
