You’re certainly not alone if you’ve been managing an increased level of stress and anxiety lately. According to a survey by Ginger, an on-demand mental health service provider, nearly 7 in 10 employees reported that COVID-19 is the most stressful time of their professional career.
Your mental health impacts all aspects of your personal and professional life. Now, more than ever, each of us need to make it a priority. Luckily there are many ways to boost your mood, manage your emotions, and build resilience. I recently asked our team how they manage stress, and here is what they had to say! I encourage you to incorporate one or more of these techniques into your routine.
