Digital People was established in 1997 in Chicago, and the Minneapolis location opened in 1999. Since day one, we have been committed to nurturing our talent with the same enthusiasm we bring to serving employers. The way we see it at Digital People, we're all in this together. So, it's no surprise that it's come full circle: many of our clients were once Digital People talent. We think that says it all!

Eric Manning

SVP, Technical and Professional Services   

As SVP of technical and professional services team, Eric is responsible for ensuring our clients’ competitive success by providing highly skilled talent and talent services within the information technology, engineering, finance, and professional placement specialties across North America.  Throughout his career, Eric has been driven by a genuine passion for helping clients thrive by crafting innovative solutions to meet their specific needs. He joined Staffmark Group in 2020 to lead the Professional Services group, where he has made a significant impact with his experience and strategic vision. 

In his more than two decades in the staffing industry, he has held a diverse range of roles, and his experiences as a recruiter, account executive, branch/regional management, RVP, and Strategic/Global Programs VP has equipped him with invaluable insights into the industry and a unique understanding of what it takes to succeed. 

Eric plays a pivotal role in shaping Staffmark Group's market strategy, ensuring client retention, and overseeing the seamless deployment of cutting-edge solutions to ensure every client achieves their desired outcomes. 

Eric attended Webber International University and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Gabby Winfield

VP, Professional Services   
Gabby Winfield serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at Staffmark Group, where she leads two prominent professional services organizations: Hunter Hamilton and Digital People. With a wealth of expertise, Gabby specializes in crafting, executing, and overseeing innovative recruitment, retention, and candidate engagement solutions for renowned global corporations. Her primary dedication lies in nurturing the talent she supports and forging robust teams capable of meeting their clients' ever-evolving requirements.
Gabby boasts an impressive tenure of over 13 years within Staffmark Group, during which she has assumed diverse roles ranging from Account Manager and Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and Practice Director. Today, she holds the esteemed position of Vice President. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gabby finds joy in quality time spent with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Audrey and Nixon. She also has a penchant for indulging in captivating historical fiction novels and exploring the wonders of travel.

Jason Collier

Director, Sales, Professional Services
Jason brings 15 years of industry experience to his role. He is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new client acquisition and retain existing clients. Jason oversees the performance of Account Executives, Client Relations Managers, and Full Desk Recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue growth goals. His leadership includes setting sales targets, allocating resources, and guiding the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. He plays a pivotal role in expanding the client base through strategic sales plans, market research, and competitive analysis while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities. Jason also drives business development through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
