Digital People is a professional staffing and recruiting firm specializing in creative, interactive and marketing careers.
Digital People Recruiters understand that behind every resume is a bigger story, and because all that creative juice comes from a real live human, we actually want to meet you and get to know you. For over three decades we have partnered with businesses and contractors to strengthen creative, interactive, and marketing teams. As former marketers ourselves, our recruiters know the ropes. We will connect you to great jobs at companies in your area, and then take care of all the details while you concentrate on doing what you do best.
After we have reviewed your resume, a Digital People recruiter will contact you to discuss your career goals, our current openings, and how we can assist with your career search.
Our goal is to get you working as soon as possible. It’s important to note that job availability can change on a daily basis. You will be considered for work based on your preferences, qualifications, and our available openings. To get started, take a look at our current openings or contact your local office.
You can choose to accept or reject projects based on your needs, interests, or availability.
Anyone is welcome to apply. Many of our clients have secondary requirements in order to be considered for a particular position. This can include things such as relevant experience or the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, or other assessments. Digital People is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of religion, color, creed, national origin or any other protected class.
Certainly! Many companies will consider hiring their contract workforce to satisfy an internal staffing need before recruiting outside of their organization. Were always pleased when one of our employees has made such an impact to be hired as an internal employee by our clients.
You will be paid weekly for hours worked the previous week. Timecards are due by 10:00 a.m. on Mondays and paychecks are issued every Friday.
In addition to negotiating competitive pay, we also provide benefits that are among the best you’ll find anywhere for contract workers (ask your recruiter how you can qualify), including: 401(k) plan, health insurance options, service bonus, referral bonus, and holiday pay.
You can view pay stubs and create and update Direct Deposit information in the Employee Workplace.
We partner with leading ad agencies and in-house creative departments to place professionals in just about every creative discipline you can name.
Digital People never charges job seekers a fee for our services.
You can search for jobs and apply on our website or contact your local office.
Many of our opportunities will be posted on our careers website. Also, as positions become available that match your preferences, qualifications and work experience, our recruiters may contact you to discuss these opportunities.
The pay rate for each contract assignment is different. It depends on several factors including the job description, your skill set, work history, and the skill level required for the position. The pay rates offered for each position are often set by our client.
Contract assignments can last from a few hours to a few weeks, months, or even years. We will let you know the approximate length of the contract before you accept it to make sure it meets your expectations.
Prior to the start of a contract assignment, you will be provided with as much information as possible about the company and job duties you will be performing. In the event that your expectations are not met, we ask that you contact your Digital People recruiter.
Regardless of the client, Digital People is always your employer. Contact your Digital People recruiter for all contract assignment or employment questions.
