Traffic Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Position Summary

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to oversee the flow of creative and marketing projects from kickoff through completion. This role will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks, and ensure work is delivered on time while maintaining efficient workflow processes.  Please note, this is NOT an entry level role.

Client KEY Requirements:

  1. Much of the work is print-based therefore print knowledge and process, is key
  2. MUST HAVE Ad Agency experience
  3. Independent worker
  4. Workfront knowledge is HUGE for them makes it easier to onboard.
  5. Strong communication skills is key

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project routing, approvals, and workflow through digital systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
  • Partner with creative, account, and production teams to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Champion workflow processes and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of traffic or project management experience within an advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of print production and creative workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Workfront, ProofHQ, MS Project, or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
